Just a gentle reminder to get your Conference registrations and cheques in soon. I have 9 paid registrations so far and 9 unconfrimed that have indicated that they are coming -- these need to get their registrations and cheques in ASAP. If anyone else is coming to the June Conference in BC please make sure that you book your hotel room before May 20 as the negotiated room rate is only good until then and they will also put the unreserved rooms back into their system then.
The conference is shaping up to be something very good, so we hope to have at least as many delegates as we hosted in BC in 2005 (40).
Thanks,
Terry Larsen
The 2008 Dues Invoices went out in early December, to all members who had paid dues in the past five years. PLease submit your 2008 Dues ($60.00) as soon as possible. Thanks to the 18 members who have already done so.
Also the 2008 BC Conference package was put in the Newsletter which you should have received by email and it should be posted on this website soon. Please get your registrations in as soon as you can; as well reserve your hotel accomodations too. If you haven't received a Conference package, please email me at tolarsen@uniserve.com and I will email it to you in PDF format.
Thanks,
Terry Larsen
